Does Polish take a commission on my bookings?
No. Polish is a flat membership. Your service fee is paid to you at the salon and we never touch it. The only per-booking money movement is a no-show deposit — which goes to you, minus a small flat fee.
What do I get for the membership?
A public portfolio profile, the feed, live-availability booking, client chat, automatic reminders, reviews, and no-show deposit protection — everything you need to run your chair.
How do I get paid deposits?
Through Stripe. You connect a bank account with a quick verification (a few minutes, in-app + web), and no-show deposits pay out directly to it.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your Pro features and keep receiving bookings until the end of your paid period. You can resume anytime before it ends.
