No. Downloading, browsing, and booking are completely free. There are no booking fees and no platform tips — you pay your artist at the salon, exactly like you do today.
How do I pay for my appointment?
At the salon, directly to your artist or shop — cash or card, their choice. Polish never sits between you and your artist's money.
Why do some artists ask for a card at booking?
Some artists protect their calendar with a no-show deposit. Your card is saved securely with Stripe and nothing is charged unless you miss the appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before it.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancel free of charge any time up to 24 hours before your appointment, right from the app.
